Two terms of contract:

• Six (6) month contract, for this term of contract you pay three (3) months in advance, plus a $30.00 setup fee, printing fee $80.00 and $100.00 for artwork (if necessary).
• Twelve (12) month contract, for this term of contract you pay six (6) months in advance, plus a $30.00 setup fee, printing fee $80.00 and $100.00 for artwork (if necessary).
